Weeks run Monday to Sunday and are labelled by the Monday. Each count is dated by its own event: RRs by the date logged, quotes by the date sent, and so on. Weeks are compared with the weeks just before; months with the same months a year earlier. A week or month still in progress is in the totals but not in the comparison. * in the tables = still in progress.
Tiles marked "Open right now" show the open repair book as of the last data pull and do not change with the year, month or week. Test customer accounts are left out everywhere.
